All are welcome at WOT New Lisbon in Lisbon, Portugal! Nestled between the buzzing Bairro Alto and leafy Príncipe Real neighborhoods, this hostel puts you right in Lisbon’s cultural core. You can truly experience the beautiful city of Lisbon with this hostel. While I only stayed a couple of nights, here’s my take on it:

WOT New Lisbon blends centuries‑old architecture with a playful hostel twist. Built in an 18th‑century structure adorned with colorful Portuguese tiles, it balances vintage charm and exciting modern features—like the legendary ball pit, and lounge area complete with ping-pong, foosball, pool table, and a bar!

From day one you get pulled into the energy: friendly staff invite you into shared spaces, free breakfast sets you up each morning, and onsite games ensure you’ll meet fellow travelers if you want to. The bar and lounge are open late, and staff are happy to walk you through local recommendations and Lisbon shortcuts—day or night! I would recommend doing the Lisbon Bar Crawl as an easy and social way to explore the night life Lisbon has to offer!
